What We're Looking For:

Performs basic tasks associated with servicing customer products, including diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining products, while ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assist in troubleshooting, repairing, and testing products to restore functionality and ensure quality
  • Inspect products for defects, perform post-repair functionality tests, and maintain equipment and tools
  • Document repair processes, findings, and parts used, ensuring accurate and organized records
  • Communicate repair updates and timelines while handling products with care to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve repair goals in a respectful and supportive environment
  • Follow safety protocols and promptly report any safety concerns or equipment issues
  • Contribute to maintaining quality and consistency by adhering to repair procedures and standards

Minimum Requirements:

  • Basic math and reading/writing skills are needed

  • Personal Communicating with others to exchange information

  • Able to work 5 days in office as scheduled.

  • Protective Equipment (PPE) Required (safety glasses, gloves, etc.)

Preferred Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to identify small issues and ensure repairs are completed accurately

  • Basic Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to follow step-by-step instructions to resolve technical issues

  • Knowledge of computers and test equipment

  • Manual Dexterity: Comfortable working with tools and small parts to perform repairs

  • Prior use of various hand tools

  • Ability to stand and sit on production line throughout the shift

  • Works well with others

  • Able to work in noisy environments

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
