Job description

Advance Onboarding Solutions is seeking a motivated and dependable Electrical Apprentice to join our team in Brownsville, TX. This position is ideal for candidates with electrical experience who are looking to continue developing their skills while working alongside licensed electricians on commercial and industrial projects. The Electrical Apprentice will assist with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems while following all safety standards and company procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Active Texas Apprentice Electrician License (required).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, climbing, crawling, standing for extended periods, and working at heights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good color vision to accurately identify electrical wiring.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety.
