Job description

At Kraton, we make a Positive Difference, and we are looking for individuals who are also looking to make a difference in their jobs, for our customers and to the world. We are looking to hire a key member of our Operations team at our Belpre, Ohio location.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and release finished product per P&PD and SQR guidelines via SAP
• Reclass finished product based on supply demand
• Finished product entry via the Quality Tracking Database
• Records retention for lot folders via the QA SharePoint site
• Familiarity with P&PD and SQRs for finished product issues
• Use of LIMS for finished product / work requests
• QIR entry for assigned finished product
• Material ID extension requests, as appropriate
• Update nonconforming product in SAP if/when a Customer Complaint is logged for assigned finished product, per Product Steward guidance
• Cross-train in all unit production and repack processes, with efficiency in all operating units
• Troubleshooting of SAP, WMS, and Recap issues
• Communicate with Operations on quality matters
• Participate in internal auditing process- training as an auditor
• Member of Quality Awareness Committee (QAC)
Required Skills
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • SAP; preference will be given to individuals with experience
  • Reclass system; preference will be given to individuals with experience

Education, Certifications & Licenses
  • High School diploma with the equivalent combination of advanced education and work experience required.
  • An accredited Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology preferred.
