Job Description

Se trata de un proceso dinámico, similar a una cadena de montaje, en el que cada persona se encarga de un paso concreto:

  1. Descarga/Alimentación – vaciar las cajas y colocar los libros sobre la mesa para introducirlos en la máquina. Esta persona debe adelantarse al ritmo de trabajo y mantener el flujo de productos en todo momento.
  2. Organizador de línea – ordenar los libros en la cinta transportadora para mantener un flujo constante hacia la máquina. Esta función controla el ritmo de producción.
  3. Control de calidad –recibir los libros tras el etiquetado y verificar que las etiquetas se han aplicado correctamente. La atención al detalle es fundamental.
  4. Embalaje/paletización – reempaquetar, sellar y paletizar el producto terminado.

Requisitos clave:

  • Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante todo el turno (8 horas)
  • Capacidad para levantar hasta (40lbs) 18 kg
