Job description

    A Rental Coordinator is the first contact with call-ins. The Rental Coordinator shall quote the customer, schedule the job, and forward the information onto a salesman for a site visit. The Rental Coordinator usually works under limited supervision and expected to work as long as necessary to perform his/her job responsibilities.
        Responsibilities:
        • Assists the salesman with quotes.
        • Assists the salesman with job scheduling.
        • Creates lift plans.
        • COI, Bare Rental and Lease Agreements Requests.
        • Grubb COI customer requests.
        • Assists dispatcher in coordinating jobs.
        • Issues purchase orders, street closures, permits etc.
        • Maintains utilization of cranes.
        • Assures completion of job cycle.
        • Maintains crane and operator certifications.
        • Works with yard supervisor to maintain customer product inventory.
        • Assist salesman with collection calls and delinquency notices.
        • Review blueprint drawings with for bids.
        • File FAA permits.
        • Maintain bare finish dates to stop auto billing.
        Fleet Cost and Care (FC&C) Responsibilities :
        • Quoting customer on call in jobs on FC&C.
        • Entering customer call in jobs into FC&C.
        • Entering quotes in FC&C for salesperson if called in from job.
        • Entering jobs in FC&C for salesperson if called in from job.
        • Sending credentials to salesperson, customer, or rental coordinator when needed that are in the FC&C system.
        • Backing up dispatcher if he/she needs help with entering jobs in FC&C.
        • Composing Lift Plans on 3-D Lift Plan and saving to FC&C to actual job.
        • Assist with timecard correction and labor into FCC
        • Enter weekly labor into FCC
        • Provide customers with prompt updates on scheduling, equipment availability and changes to job scope
      Desired:
      • Prefer candidates with at least an associate's degree and 2 years of experience working in an office environment.
Work Environment:
Majority of time spent in an office environment. The employee may be required to wear appropriate PPE equipment when exposed to external environment. The employee could occasionally be exposed to extreme temperatures or other inclement weather.
