Job Title: Client Service Coordinator

Elite Insurance Group is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Service Coordinator to support our service team with policy changes, billing inquiries, and day-to-day client service requests.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients, staying organized, and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. While previous insurance experience is preferred, we are willing to train and license the right candidate. This position offers a growth path into a licensed service professional role within the agency.


Compensation and Structure:

  • W-2 Employee Position
  • Starting compensation: $35,000 annually
  • P&C licensing assistance provided

Schedule & Expectations:

  • Standard working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
  • Full-time remote position

Responsibilities

Client Service:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships
  • Assist clients with billing questions, payment issues, and service requests
  • Follow up on outstanding client requests to ensure timely resolution

Policy Changes & Processing:

  • Process policy endorsements and policy changes
  • Assist with cancellations, reinstatements, and other policy servicing requests
  • Update client information and maintain accurate records in EZLynx
  • Review documentation for accuracy before submitting to carriers
  • Communicate with insurance carriers regarding service-related requests

Billing Support:

  • Assist clients with billing inquiries and payment-related concerns
  • Work with carriers to resolve billing discrepancies
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding billing issues

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain organized electronic client files and documentation
  • Complete data entry and administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist the service team with workflow management and follow-up activities
  • Support agency initiatives and process improvements

Professional Development:

  • Obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) License within an agreed-upon timeframe after hire
  • Participate in ongoing agency training and development
  • Develop a working knowledge of insurance coverages and policy servicing procedures
