Job Title: Insurance Sales Representative (Personal Lines / Commercial Lines)

Overview:
Elite Insurance Group is seeking a licensed and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to generate new business and advise clients across personal and/or commercial lines. This role is responsible for converting qualified opportunities into policies and building a strong, long-term book of business.
The ideal candidate is a strong closer with a consultative approach and a proven ability to drive revenue.
Compensation and Structure:
- 1099 Independent Contractor position
- Base compensation: $36,000 annually + commission
- Schedule & Expectations:
- Standard working hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST
- This role is performance-driven, and additional hours may be required or chosen based on individual goals and income targets

Responsibilities- Sales & Closing:
- Convert inbound and SDR-generated leads into new business
- Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Quote, present, and close policies across personal and/or commercial lines
- Meet or exceed monthly premium and revenue targets
Pipeline Management:
- Manage all opportunities through the sales cycle using EZLynx CRM
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to maximize close rates
- Accurately track quotes, bind rates, and production metrics
Client Relationship Management:
- Build trust and long-term relationships with clients
- Provide policy reviews and renewal guidance
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Product & Market Expertise:
- Maintain deep knowledge of carriers, products, and underwriting guidelines
- Stay current on industry trends and coverage options
- Educate clients to help them make informed decisions
Requirements- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License (TX required)
- 2+ years of insurance sales experience preferred
- Independent Agency experience preferred
- Proven track record of closing and hitting sales targets
- Strong communication, objection-handling, and closing skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Experience with EZLynx or similar CRM preferred
