Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Part Time

Location: Kankakee, IL (Remote with local travel)
Department: Developmental Disabilities – Adults
Job Type: Part-Time (20–60 hours per month)
Pay: $32.00 – $44.00 per hour
Benefits: Illinois Paid Leave (up to 40 hours accrued)
Mileage Reimbursement Provided


Job Summary

Envision Unlimited is seeking a Part-Time BCBA to provide behavioral services to adults with developmental delays. This role is primarily remote, with some required local travel.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans
  • Train staff using evidence-based practices
  • Monitor progress through data collection and analysis
  • Complete clinical documentation
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and reviews
Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
