Real Estate Sales Agent — Florida (Remote) · Jason Mitchell Group · Commission-based / 1099

$6B closed volume in 2025 with fewer than 1,300 agents · 30%+ company-wide referral conversion rate · 110+ warm referrals per agent annually — not social media leads

Who we're looking for

Requirements

  • Active Florida Real Estate License (required)
  • Minimum 6 closed transactions in the last 12 months (required to receive referrals)
  • Based in or actively working the Florida market
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to grow production
