Job description

Are you a dedicated clinician who loves the work but is tired of the "grind"? We are looking for a licensed Psychotherapist to join our team as an independent contractor. If you're looking for a role that respects your clinical autonomy, offers total schedule control, and lets you work from your favorite home office (or your couch-we won't tell), let's talk.

The Role at a Glance

As a 1099 Contractor, you are in charge of your own schedule. You provide high-quality teletherapy to a diverse caseload, while we handle the backend logistics so you can focus on what actually matters: helping people heal.

  • Status: 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Location: 100% Remote (Work from anywhere with a stable internet connection)
  • Schedule: Fully flexible. You set your own hours-morning person or night owl, it's up to you.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Conducting initial assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.
  • Providing evidence-based individual (and/or group/couples) therapy via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform.
  • Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation (soap notes, treatment plans, etc.).
  • Managing your own calendar and client volume based on your personal capacity.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Licensure: Must hold a valid, unrestricted license
  • Clinical Skill: Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.).
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating EHR systems and video conferencing tools.
  • Professionalism: A private, quiet, and professional space to conduct confidential sessions.
  • Independence: The self-motivation to manage your own caseload and administrative requirements.
Why You'll Love This
  • Total Autonomy: No "minimum hour" requirements. You decide how many clients you see.
  • Zero Commute: Save money on gas and time on the road.
  • Clinical Freedom: You have the flexibility to practice in the way that best serves your clients' needs.
How to Apply

If you're ready to trade the office fluorescent lights for the comfort of home and a schedule that actually works for your life, we'd love to hear from you.
