Job description
Are you a dedicated clinician who loves the work but is tired of the "grind"? We are looking for a licensed Psychotherapist to join our team as an independent contractor. If you're looking for a role that respects your clinical autonomy, offers total schedule control, and lets you work from your favorite home office (or your couch-we won't tell), let's talk.
The Role at a GlanceAs a 1099 Contractor, you are in charge of your own schedule. You provide high-quality teletherapy to a diverse caseload, while we handle the backend logistics so you can focus on what actually matters: helping people heal.
- Status: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Location: 100% Remote (Work from anywhere with a stable internet connection)
- Schedule: Fully flexible. You set your own hours-morning person or night owl, it's up to you.
- Conducting initial assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Providing evidence-based individual (and/or group/couples) therapy via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform.
- Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation (soap notes, treatment plans, etc.).
- Managing your own calendar and client volume based on your personal capacity.
- Licensure: Must hold a valid, unrestricted license
- Clinical Skill: Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.).
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating EHR systems and video conferencing tools.
- Professionalism: A private, quiet, and professional space to conduct confidential sessions.
- Independence: The self-motivation to manage your own caseload and administrative requirements.
- Total Autonomy: No "minimum hour" requirements. You decide how many clients you see.
- Zero Commute: Save money on gas and time on the road.
- Clinical Freedom: You have the flexibility to practice in the way that best serves your clients' needs.
If you're ready to trade the office fluorescent lights for the comfort of home and a schedule that actually works for your life, we'd love to hear from you.
