Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to better understand client needs, identifying specific challenges and areas for growth.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet the unique circumstances and goals of each client.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions using a range of therapeutic modalities to support personal growth and recovery.
• Monitor client progress towards therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on evaluation outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services to ensure accessibility, allowing clients to engage in therapy from any location.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, adhering to ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and team meetings to enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a licensed mental health counselor at Zen Haven Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• Current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of Texas.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients empathetically and effectively.
• A commitment to maintaining a non-judgmental, compassionate attitude toward clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle a full caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in delivering teletherapy services is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of successful client outcomes through evidence-based practices.
• Familiarity with documentation and compliance requirements in a private practice setting.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on caseload and experience. In addition to a rewarding salary, you will also benefit from:
