Job description

Media Buyer
Application Deadline: 15 September 2026
Department: Marketing/Media
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Remote
Compensation: $85,000 - $115,000 / year
Description
Dennis Media Group operates as part of an integrated enterprise ecosystem where paid media serves as a fundamental engine for lead generation and revenue growth. We are seeking an analytical, growth-focused Media Buyer to build, launch, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns across our multi-brand portfolio. Reporting to executive leadership (CMO/COO), this role transitions media buying fully in-house, replacing external agency management to eliminate percentage-of-spend fee structures and build internal execution capability as advertising budgets scale. The Media Buyer will own daily budget management, creative testing, campaign optimization, and attribution tracking to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) across all channels.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management & Bid Strategy
  • Build, launch, and manage direct-response ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Execute daily budget management, pacing, and bid strategy adjustments across all enterprise venture accounts to maintain acquisition efficiency.
  • Insource ad execution from third-party agencies, maintaining campaign performance while driving efficiency at scale.
  • Creative & Offer Testing
  • Design and implement weekly testing plans to systematically test new creative hooks, copy angles, visual formats, audiences, and offers.
  • Partner with creative and copy teams to deliver performance feedback and inform creative iteration pipelines based on campaign data.
  • Tracking, Attribution & Performance Reporting
  • Build and maintain accurate tracking frameworks across all campaigns, using pixels, GA4, clean UTM taxonomies, and attribution platforms (Hyros/Triple Whale).
  • Audit tracking setups regularly to eliminate attribution discrepancies and maintain reliable data integrity.
  • Track and report core performance metrics daily and weekly (ROAS, CPA, CTR, spend, conversion rates), giving leadership full visibility into campaign profitability.
  • Budget Optimization & Capital Allocation
  • Dynamically allocate daily spend toward highest-performing ads, audiences, and channels while pausing underperforming assets quickly.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to evaluate lead quality and conversion down the sales pipeline.

Qualifications & Required Experience
Minimum Qualifications
Required
  • 3-4+ years of hands-on experience directly managing and scaling performance-driven paid ad campaigns with monthly ad budgets exceeding $200,000+
  • Proven expertise launching and optimizing campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok Ads
  • Active certifications in Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency with advanced tracking and attribution tools, including Google Analytics (GA4), pixel setup, UTM building, and third-party attribution platforms (Hyros, Triple Whale, or similar)
  • Deep experience running structured weekly testing frameworks across ad creative, copy hooks, audiences, landing pages, and offer structures
  • Strong analytical capability to manage daily spend, bid strategies, and key efficiency metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM)

Preferred
  • Experience in tax, financial services, education, coaching, personal brands, or professional service business models
  • Experience managing paid advertising within an enterprise shared-services or multi-entity framework

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Data-driven approach to performance marketing with a focus on unit economics and measurable enterprise growth.
  • Strong problem-solving ability to diagnose campaign fatigue, policy flags, pixel errors, or attribution drops.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment with high budget accountability and minimal oversight.
  • High degree of precision and attention to detail when configuring campaigns, budgets, and links to eliminate costly configuration errors.
  • Clear communication skills to translate ad performance metrics into strategic insights for C-suite executives.

Benefits
  • Work from home
  • Medical, dental, vision, life and voluntary life insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid vacation and sick days
  • Paid holidays
