Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Renaissance is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll be the trusted first point of contact for members, groups, providers, and partners. You'll help customers understand their benefits, answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide a positive experience with every interaction. If you are passionate about customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy helping others, we'd love to hear from you.

This role will require a hybrid working capacity for candidates local to the Indianapolis area.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a resource for customers by responding to inquiries via phone, email, web chat, voicemail, and written correspondence.

  • Research and resolve questions using multiple systems and information resources.

  • Explain coverage details and benefit information clearly and accurately.

  • Provide professional, courteous, and timely service while meeting quality standards.

  • Process and manage customer-related documentation, messages, and communications.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • At least one year of experience in a customer service environment.
