Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough remote assessments and evaluations to pinpoint clients' mental health concerns, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.
  • Provide individualized therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, adapting techniques to align with each client’s specific needs and therapeutic goals.
  • Engage in ongoing collaboration with clients to set actionable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Offer flexible therapy options, including teletherapy, to accommodate clients with varying preferences and accessibility challenges.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and records to adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all reporting.
  • Participate in continued professional development and training opportunities to deepen clinical skills and remain informed about emerging trends and practices in the mental health field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve supporting clients who have been pre-screened for stability and present low acuity mental health needs. This focused approach means you will work with individuals who are in critical need of therapeutic support for various life transitions, such as grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. This concentrated client base allows you to apply your expertise effectively while cultivating impactful therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related mental health field.
  • An active and appropriate license, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, with no disciplinary actions on your record.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage a caseload and schedule sessions independently.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear and engaging interactions with clients and stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
  • At least three years of direct clinical experience providing individual therapy.
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and understanding of digital communication tools to enhance client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive full-time compensation ranging between $115,000 and $130,000 annually, based on experience and credentials.
