Onward Healing Therapy is seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in a remote capacity. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in offering essential mental health services to individuals, couples, and families, fostering healing and resilience in our clients.   • Engage actively with clients in therapy sessions, helping them to identify challenges and collaboratively setting achievable mental health goals.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical guidelines, ensuring that all documentation adheres to best practices in mental health care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training that enhance clinical skills and knowledge about emerging trends in mental health treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clinic serves a broad spectrum of the community, including underserved populations needing particular attention and resources. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
