As an Enrollment Specialist, you will guide clients through the enrollment process-helping them understand their options and take an important step toward protecting their families. Key Responsibilities Client Consultations: Conduct professional virtual enrollment consultations with clients, primarily in Ontario and participating provinces. Compliance & Accuracy: Complete applications accurately and in strict compliance with all relevant provincial regulatory requirements. Documentation: Verify client eligibility and process enrollment documentation with high attention to detail. Client Support: Provide ongoing support to existing policyholders, including coverage reviews and policy updates. Continuous Learning: Stay current on products, industry trends, and provincial regulations. Data Management: Track client interactions and enrollment progress using the company CRM. Team Collaboration: Participate actively in regular team training and group coaching sessions.
