Role Description The Bookkeeper (Remote) will manage day-to-day financial records and ensure accurate, timely entry of transactions for client accounts. Responsibilities include recording income and expenses, reconciling bank and credit card statements, preparing basic financial reports, and maintaining organized documentation for audits and tax filings. The role involves working with accounting software to process journal entries, monitor account balances, and support month-end and year-end closing activities. The Bookkeeper will collaborate with CPAs and other team members to resolve discrepancies, respond to client inquiries, and support compliance with accounting standards. This is a full-time/Part time Remote Job
Qualifications

  • Strong bookkeeping skills, including accurate recording of transactions and maintenance of general ledgers
  • Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and basic financial reports
  • Proficiency with accounting software and comfort working with digital financial systems
  • Knowledge of finance principles and the ability to process and review journal entries in accordance with accounting standards
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts
