• Conduct engaging remote therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, utilizing our specialized online platform to foster connection.
• Design personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive client assessments and ongoing progress evaluations.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address various mental health concerns, adjusting approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records within our secure electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide holistic support and continuity of care.

You will work with a diverse client population, addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD) is essential.
• Proficiency in using technology for therapeutic interventions, including teletherapy platforms and electronic health records.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Experience providing individual therapy in a remote or outpatient environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based practices in mental health therapy.
• Familiarity with therapeutic frameworks such as CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy.
• Previous involvement in interdisciplinary teams and understanding of integrated care models.

We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
