One of our direct client is urgently looking for a Technical Writer @ Dallas TX or Remote
TITLE: Technical Writer
LOCATION: Dallas TX or Remote
Duration: 6 to 12+ Months

Description:
We are looking for a professional Technical Writer and Knowledge Management Author to design and develop reference content and communications for Business Service (B2B and B2C) frontline agents. This individual will also create customer facing messages and scripts to be used during the customer interaction by frontline agents. The goal of this role is to provide online reference content and scripts / messaging to be used in the moment of application by agents during customer interactions.
Primary Responsibilities
Write and edit end-user and internal-user knowledge base content describing Walmart Business Services and troubleshooting processes.
Collaborate with Walmart Business Services Support Teams and continuous improvement experts to optimize and maintain internal and external content for usability and accessibility, while maintaining a high bar for quality.
Work directly with development teams and Walmart Business Services Support stakeholders to produce world-class knowledge base articles.
Work collaboratively with internal and external global stakeholders to conceptualize and develop content that strengthens the Walmart brand.
Create, maintain, and edit knowledge base articles that are used by a wide audience with varying skill levels.
Use writing expertise and extraordinary attention to detail to evaluate, uphold, implement, and evangelize content standards that reflect the voice of Walmart.
Manage all aspects of the documentation process-from planning to content maintenance.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a technical editor or writer of technical documentation.
2+ years of experience creating and delivering content publication plans, managing multiple schedules and projects.
Demonstrated experience working with style guides.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or have 4+ years equivalent industry or military experience.
Possess a strong desire to learn new technologies, the curiosity to figure out how things work, and a passion for improving the customer experience.
Have experience working on technical content for end users.
Have experience working with customer service organizations.
Have knowledge management experience.
