The Wellness & Insight Therapies Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in quality assurance and performance improvement activities to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Complete clinical documentation on the same day services are rendered to maintain precise records and facilitate insurance authorizations.
  • Regularly assess the changing needs of patients enrolled in outpatient or partial hospitalization programs, adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, integrating families into the treatment process when appropriate and delivering educational resources on recovery.
  • Maintain accurate daily records of clinical productivity, aligning with performance metrics established by the center.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans that address a wide variety of patient needs, ensuring an effective mix of therapeutic and supportive services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on children, youth, and young adults facing a range of mental health challenges. You will be equipped to provide tailored therapeutic interventions to support their unique circumstances, empowering them to navigate their mental health journeys successfully. The diversity and complexity of your clients emphasize the importance of a holistic and adaptive therapeutic approach.

Qualifications
  • A valid licensure as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or clinical social worker in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Licensure as a Behavior Specialist and a graduate degree with direct care practicum in mental health or related fields.
  • A minimum of three years of experience providing direct mental health care services to children, youth, or young adults, complemented by at least nine credits in clinical practice from a relevant graduate program.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities that cater to managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disorders prevalent among young populations.
  • Familiarity with digital therapeutic tools and platforms used in remote therapy settings to enhance client engagement and service delivery.
  • A strong working knowledge of state and federal regulations governing mental health services.
