Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their presenting issues, history, and treatment goals.
• Provide evidence-based individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing a variety of modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and narrative therapy.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with clients throughout their therapeutic journey to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical practice guidelines in all interactions.
• Engage in continuous professional development, staying abreast of emerging best practices and clinical advancements.
• Foster a strong therapeutic alliance with clients, building trust and encouraging open communication.
• Provide support and practical strategies to clients as they navigate life challenges, using a holistic approach that respects the mind-body connection.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Exceptional clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention implementation are necessary.

Preferred Experience

While the minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree, we encourage candidates with a Master’s degree in Social Work and additional experience in specialized therapies to apply. Prior work in telehealth or remote therapy settings will be advantageous, given the nature of this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The Navigate Mind-Body Connection Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
