Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique circumstances and goals.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, providing a safe space to explore emotions and encourage open communication.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support client recovery effectively.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, reflective of your skills and experience in the field.
