Position Overview

Enfolding Arms Psychotherapy Center is seeking a qualified, dedicated, and proactive Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments, identifying client's mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans that detail specific therapeutic goals.
• Provide high-quality individual, group, and family counseling sessions, using evidence-based practices to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to address changing needs and to promote successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client well-being.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and providing resources for urgent support.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation for all client interactions in accordance with clinical guidelines and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health research and practices, participating in ongoing professional development to enhance your skillset.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on working with diverse clients facing challenges including, but not limited to, mental health disorders, substance abuse issues, and transitional life phases such as relationship difficulties, bereavement, and personal crises. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and valid state license to practice as a clinical social worker (LCSW) is essential.
• Demonstrated strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
• Ability to function independently in a remote setting, while also being a team player who actively participates in team meetings and case consultations.
• A commitment to handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth platforms and technology is highly preferred, showing adaptability to remote therapeutic practices.
• Familiarity with community resources, and local support services in New Jersey, is beneficial for enhancing client support networks.
• Prior experience in managing a caseload in an outpatient or community health setting is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
