Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new patients, gathering detailed information on their mental health history and current challenges.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions to enhance client well-being.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines, ensuring patient confidentiality throughout all interactions.
• Collaborate effectively with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow social workers, to ensure holistic care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Deliver education and support to patients and their families, guiding them through treatment options and resources available within our practice.
• Stay updated on the latest mental health research, trends, and best practices to continually improve treatment approaches and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois is mandatory for this role.

Preferred Experience

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
