Gotham Enterprises Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our committed team at our outpatient detox center located remotely. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health and substance use needs of patients, ensuring personalized and effective treatment plans.
  • Administer evidence-based therapeutic practices, including individual and group therapy sessions, employing solution-based interventions tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical records and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive and integrated care.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources, providing ongoing support as they navigate their recovery journey.
  • Engage in continual professional development by staying informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our detox center, you will work primarily with individuals grappling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Your efforts will directly contribute to helping patients achieve sobriety and improve their overall quality of life. We value a trauma-informed approach, ensuring that care is compassionate and aligns with each individual’s unique recovery process.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • A valid LCSW license in the state of Michigan is mandatory.
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with patients, families, and team members effectively.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time LCSW position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
