Work Environment

This position offers a remote working environment, primarily focusing on outpatient care through our virtual office. While client interactions will predominantly occur online, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings for clients to identify mental health challenges and establish the most effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Create customized treatment plans that set achievable goals and outline the strategies that will best support clients on their recovery journey.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to foster therapeutic engagement and personal growth.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the treatment team, sharing insights and strategies to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for each client.
• Engage with clients’ family members by providing education and support, thereby encouraging their active involvement in the treatment process.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential client records, adhering to all regulatory and ethical guidelines to safeguard client privacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals of various ages, backgrounds, and socio-economic statuses. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (LP).
• A Master's degree or a doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits
