Chrysalis Health Counseling is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a fulfilling full-time remote role. As a key member of our detox center, you will be delivering high-quality mental health care that directly supports individuals navigating the complexities of recovery. Work Environment

This role is designed to be flexible, allowing for a remote working setup that empowers our clinicians to operate independently while still integrating with a cohesive team. As an LCSW in a detox center setting, you will engage with clients daily, leveraging telehealth technology to conduct therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment planning, ensuring accessibility for all clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique needs, ensuring measurable goals that can be tracked over time.
  • Guide clients through therapeutic processes, utilizing evidence-based approaches to address emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties.
  • Modify and update treatment plans based on client progress, ensuring that strategies remain conducive to achieving desired outcomes and maintaining motivational levels.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including progress notes, treatment summaries, and case reports, to provide a clear record of client care and advancements.
  • Engage in crisis intervention strategies, providing immediate support and connecting clients with essential resources in times of need.
  • Stay current with the latest mental health practices and methodologies, contributing to the overall growth and effectiveness of our treatment protocols.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a varied population at our detox center, including individuals tackling substance use disorders and other co-occurring mental health challenges. Your role will be essential in helping them navigate their emotional landscapes, providing a safe and supportive environment where they can explore their feelings and work towards recovery. You will tailor your approaches based on the individual experiences and backgrounds of those you serve, ensuring that they feel understood and supported throughout their journey.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • A valid and active LCSW license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Strong diagnostic and assessment skills, with demonstrated ability to identify and effectively treat a range of mental health disorders.
