Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients, using your expertise to formulate personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Implement therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven techniques, helping clients build resilience and hope in their recovery journeys.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate, timely clinical records while adhering to HIPAA standards and securing patient confidentiality as a cornerstone of our ethical practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team encompassing psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, ensuring a comprehensive, cohesive care approach for each client.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance therapeutic strategies and improve the overall quality of care provided.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery process.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment and incorporate newfound knowledge into your therapeutic practices to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will work primarily with individuals dealing with various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a strong foundation in social work principles.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
