Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments via secure telehealth platforms, establishing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions including solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that your approaches adapt effectively to the remote setting.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with regulations, utilizing advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and peer support specialists, to enhance patient outcomes through virtual consultations and case reviews.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment modalities, and applicable community resources using a variety of digital communication tools.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending virtual training sessions, conferences, and utilizing online resources to stay current with the latest research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals coping with mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use issues, notably within our detox center framework. By utilizing evidence-based treatment methodologies, you will promote recovery and foster resilience among clients, ensuring they access the care and support they deserve.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, specifically in psychotherapy and mental health counseling.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapy modalities and familiarity with remote therapy techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to build rapport in a virtual setting.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills that enable effective navigation of remote working challenges.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in delivering remote therapy services and familiarity with telehealth technology.
• Previous experience working in a detox facility or with substance use treatment programs.

Compensation and Benefits

Healthy Soul Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
