SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer to serve as a technical leader within our SailPoint IdentityIQ Identity engineering team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and enhancing SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions that govern access across enterprise applications, infrastructure platforms, and cloud services.

The ideal candidate possesses deep SailPoint IdentityIQ expertise, strong Java development skills, extensive integration experience, and a solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, regulatory compliance, and enterprise security architecture. This individual will partner with application teams, architects, security teams, infrastructure teams, auditors, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable identity governance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineering

โ€ข Design, develop, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions across Development, QA, and Production environments.

โ€ข Build and maintain:

o Workflows

o Rules

o Task definitions

o Lifecycle events

o Provisioning policies

โ€ข Develop custom SailPoint components using Java and BeanShell.

โ€ข Troubleshoot and resolve complex SailPoint production issues and platform defects.

โ€ข Participate in upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and platform modernization initiatives.

Application Onboarding & Integration Development

โ€ข Lead technical onboarding of enterprise applications into SailPoint IdentityIQ.

โ€ข Design and implement integration patterns including:

o REST APIs

o SCIM

o JDBC

o LDAP

o Active Directory

These capabilities align with ongoing lifecycle management and termination automation efforts.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
