The Sales Specialist is responsible for growing Pall's sales, brand presence and capturing market share around the wine industry.

This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager for the West and is part of the Commercial Food & Beverage division located in Port Washington, NY and will be working remotely (located in Colorado) to cover customers in CO, ID, MT, NV, UT and WY.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Build trusted, longterm customer partnerships that drive growth and loyalty.
  • Consistently hit-and surpass-sales goals, turning opportunities into wins.
  • Champion highvalue, technical solutions, selling on impact and outcomes-not price.
  • Own your pipeline in Salesforce, strategically managing activities and momentum from lead to close.
  • Drive the business forward with confident forecasting, shaping weekly, monthly, and annual success.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Excellent communication skills. Verbal and written.
  • 2 plus years of experience with Knowledge of Food and Beverage customers and market.
  • Successful track record of prior sales.
  • Bachelor's degree required - preferably in food science, food technology, or other related fields such as biology, chemistry, chemical engineering.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel - 50-60% of the time with some overnight travel.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 10 lbs.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Filtration
  • Food or Beverage production or processing
  • Managing a CRM preferably Salesforce

The annual salary range for this role is $80,000 - $111,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
