Overview Affiliate & Business Development Manager REMOTE POSITION Full-time Company is located in Nashville but will accept remote employees. Company is looking for experienced and motivated affiliate manager experienced in the payday loans space. This person would also be responsible business development. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsibilities Researching and recruiting new publishers (affiliates) Working with publishers and advertisers to optimize delivery and campaign performance Ensuring compliance with publishers on an ongoing basis Analyzing publisher statistics to maximize revenue, identifying opportunities, optimizing campaigns and troubleshooting issues Building and managing client relationships Implementing initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI Managing affiliate relations, communication and recruitment Qualifications Candidate must have at least 2 years of affiliate management experience and payday loan experience is STRONGLY preferred College degree is a plus but not required Candidate should have worked for a reputable affiliate network and with payday loan clients and be able to recruit and manage new affiliates, manage network offers, and increase company revenue substantially Strong sales, negotiation, and analytical and implementation skills are required Must be able to understand and verbalize technical language involved in the performance marketing space In most cases the base salary is offered (note: wording from original) This company is based in Tennessee but allows for remote work for the right candidate.
