As a Remote Client Success Specialist, you\'ll serve as a trusted resource for clients by providing personalized guidance, answering questions, and delivering exceptional service throughout their experience.

You\'ll work directly with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments while building long-term relationships in a collaborative, fully remote environment.

• Meet with clients through Zoom and phone consultations

• Welcome and onboard new clients with professionalism and care

• Explain available benefits and coverage options clearly and confidently

• Guide clients through enrollment and application processes

• Respond promptly to client questions and service requests

• Provide ongoing policy support and follow-up communication

• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service

• Develop personalized solutions based on each client\'s needs

• Maintain accurate documentation and client records

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable industry regulations

• Efficiently manage appointments and daily workflow
