With rapid growth, a large customer base, and increasing demand for our web-based Human Resource, Payroll and Time & Attendance Management platform, Innovative Business Solutions is seeking a talented, dynamic and experienced individuals to join our team. To build on our success, we're looking for a skilled Product Specialist with knowledge of Human Resources to aid our Human Resource Product.

Principal Duties:
- For our HR module, provide implementation and technical support for clients
- Client requirement gathering, configuration, implementation and training of proprietary HRMS software
- Perform customer services functions by answering customer requests and questions ad hoc.
- Manage HRMS systems in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Perform new customer HRMS onboarding, orientations and training by webinar/teleconference
- Support and lead technical presentations, demonstrations and business and development specific to HRMS
- Maintain highest level of HRMS technical and HR market knowledge; create thought leadership through writing, user group presentations and Innovative community involvement
- Act as a partner advocate for project success and best practices
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
The ideal HR Product Specialist Candidate for this role will match the following profile:
Technical
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience.
- HR Certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) .
- Proficiency working with human resource information systems.
- Experience in Human Resource professional services and managing a variety of projects in the HR realm including but not limited to benefits, legal compliance etc.
- Good understanding of HRMS related products and terminology, implementation, architecture and integrated technologies.
- Experience in project management in a professional services role.
- Good understanding of Innovative products or UKG Ready.
- Experience with Database entry and maintenance.
Non-Technical
- Superior communication skills, ability to articulate key messages clearly and explain technical. concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Highly organized and attention to detail a must.
- Ability to maintain strong client relationships.
- Results oriented; committed to quality of product and service.
- Ability to work in teams and committed to never letting a teammate down.
