With a generous salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, this role allows you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of your clients.

About the Organization

At In-Health Consulting, we pride ourselves on creating a safe, supportive, and healing environment for trauma survivors. Our outpatient facility caters to a diverse population seeking assistance in managing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. With a focus on holistic care, we integrate various therapeutic modalities and emphasize the importance of a person-centered approach.

Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in work hours while also participating in scheduled team meetings and case consultations via video conferencing platforms. Our organization promotes a culture of collaboration and continuous learning, encouraging therapists to remain engaged in professional development and stay current with the latest best practices in trauma-informed care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories, enabling the formulation of tailored treatment approaches.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and enhancing coping mechanisms.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
  • Lead both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at assisting patients in processing their trauma, promoting healing and development of effective coping strategies.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.
  • Provide crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate support to clients in distress.
  • Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and connect them to additional resources as necessary.
  • Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities focused on trauma-informed care practices and methodologies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on adults who have experienced varying degrees of trauma and are seeking recovery from conditions such as PTSD and complex trauma. Your clinical expertise will empower clients to navigate their emotional and psychological challenges while promoting a path toward healing and resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy.
  • The ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations, implementing best practices to support clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Two years of clinical experience post-licensure, particularly in trauma-informed treatment modalities.
  • A strong foundation in evidence-based practices for trauma recovery and resilience-building.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and proficiency in using technology for client record maintenance.
  • Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health care.
Compensation and Benefits

In-Health Consulting values the well-being of our staff and clients alike. In addition to a competitive annual salary of $90,000 to $100,000, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.

  • Generous paid time off (PTO), including holiday pay to ensure work-life balance.
  • Support for continuing education and professional development to enhance your skills and further your career.
  • Professional liability insurance coverage for peace of mind in your practices.
