• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations, utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools, to facilitate accurate treatment plans for clients.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on their unique circumstances and needs.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, ensuring a tailored approach for each therapeutic relationship.
• Engage collaboratively in multidisciplinary team meetings with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure holistic care and follow-up on client progress.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of clinical records while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
