• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group sessions that provide a setting for clients to share experiences and learn from one another.
• Individual Therapy: Conduct one-on-one sessions to explore clients' thoughts and feelings, offering personalized strategies to help them address their challenges.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive, goal-oriented treatment plans that cater specifically to their individual needs.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools to evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care, communication, and support regarding complex cases.

The primary focus of this role involves working with young adults, specifically those aged 18 to 30, who are confronted with various mental health challenges. Our treatment programs are not only evidence-based but also tailored to meet the unique needs of this demographic, helping them to navigate the transitional phase of early adulthood with resilience.

• Valid and current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in Arizona.
• Bachelor's Degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field; a Master's Degree is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience working with young adults in a mental health setting, particularly in outpatient therapy.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies and holistic approaches.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms for therapy and client management.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
