• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, focusing on outpatient care that reflects our evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' relational dynamics and mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Implement family systems theory and systemic therapeutic techniques to effectively address communication barriers and relational conflicts.
• Perform crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring the immediate safety and well-being of clients and their families.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with all ethical and legal guidelines.
• Educate clients on techniques for improved communication, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation to foster healthier relationships.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health specialists, to provide comprehensive care to clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest research and best practices in marriage and family therapy.

This position allows you to work closely with a diverse client base, including adults and children/adolescents facing various mental health challenges. You will utilize your expertise to empower clients, helping them navigate relationship challenges, improve communication skills, and resolve familial conflicts.

• Must possess a current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.
• A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• A minimum of three years of experience in providing therapy services, particularly in an outpatient setting, is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for building rapport with clients and collaborating effectively within a team.
• Strong commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality in therapeutic practices.
• A demonstrated ability to work independently while also thriving in a teamwork-based environment.
• Flexibility to accommodate diverse client schedules and needs.

• Prior experience in outpatient therapy services, especially within a community health setting, will be beneficial.
• Knowledge of specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is advantageous.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
