This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to create a balanced professional routine while delivering patient-focused care. Our work setting includes access to a supportive hospice center, where you will engage with our clients in an outpatient context. We operate Monday through Saturday, providing you with the autonomy to manage your own schedule, promoting a work-life balance that aligns with your personal needs.

• Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to determine therapy needs and develop effective treatment plans.
• Utilize your experience with evidence-based clinical interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to provide structured, empathetic counseling tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members in developing and updating treatment plans, participating in regular meetings to optimize patient care.
• Demonstrate cultural competence and emotional intelligence while addressing the physical, psychological, social, and educational needs of patients across diverse backgrounds.
• Engage in ethical documentation practices, ensuring timely completion of all clinical paperwork in line with departmental protocols and statutory regulations.
• Provide case management for your assigned clients by coordinating with community resources and programs to deliver comprehensive care solutions.

You will work with a varied patient population, including individuals facing mental health challenges, families in crisis, and adolescents navigating significant life changes. Our clients often present with complex issues, requiring skilled assessment and intervention strategies. Your role will be pivotal in helping these clients achieve their therapeutic goals and improve their overall quality of life.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is also necessary, with advanced degrees preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

• A minimum of two years clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapy techniques and patient care.
• Experience in case management and collaboration with other healthcare professionals is highly valued.
• Willingness and ability to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options available.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and professional credentials. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
