• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand patients' unique histories and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the specific needs of each patient, taking into account their cultural and personal backgrounds.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, effectively addressing a wide range of mental health issues while fostering resilience and promoting emotional well-being.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to provide holistic care and ensure comprehensive support for all patients.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies, using your expertise to stabilize and manage situations effectively.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, the therapeutic process, and available community resources, fostering empowerment and informed decision-making.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all records comply with health information policies.
• Actively participate in team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions focused on cultural competency and professional development.
• Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and relevant cultural considerations that are integral to effective mental health therapy.

You will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds who may face unique mental health challenges. Our patient population includes, but is not limited to, refugees, immigrants, LGBTQ+ individuals, and culturally diverse communities. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, alongside a profound commitment to cultural competence.
• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy in a culturally responsive manner.
• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills and the capacity to stay composed in challenging situations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technologies.
• Dedication to maintaining professional boundaries, ethical standards, and confidentiality.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team setting.

• Experience in multicultural counseling or working within underserved communities is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge and application of trauma-informed care practices in therapeutic settings.
• Previous involvement with telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package that includes:
