Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand students' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring each assessment is comprehensive and tailored to individual needs.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, addressing diverse student needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans with clear goals and interventions, regularly reviewing and adjusting plans based on student progress and feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with psychologists, psychiatrists, and teachers to create and implement client-centered treatment plans, ensuring holistic and coordinated care tailored specifically to the educational environment.
  • Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans when necessary, equipping students with coping strategies and support during critical times.
