• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' psychological needs and determine the most effective treatment plans.
• Design individualized therapy programs tailored to address each client's specific issues, goals, and family dynamics.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to support clients through their challenges, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and family systems therapy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care that addresses the totality of the client's needs.
• Provide education and resources to family members to facilitate their understanding and involvement in the therapy process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

In your role as an LMFT, you will support a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with a range of mental health issues. This can encompass relationship conflicts, communication barriers, trauma, depression, anxiety, and various family dynamics. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, leading them towards healing and improved relational outcomes.

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Life Bridge Humanistic Psychology Clinic offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
