• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health to inform treatment decisions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions tailored to each unique client.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients of varying ages, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma.
• Lead couples therapy sessions to enhance communication skills and navigate relationship dynamics with understanding and constructive feedback.
• Regularly review and update treatment plans based on client progress and feedback to ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case history, adhering to HIPAA and regulatory guidelines.
• Engage in teamwork with other healthcare professionals, collaborating to provide holistic treatment options for clients.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and couples from various backgrounds. Your focus will range from children to adults facing an array of mental health challenges. • A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist issued by the State Board is essential for this role.
• Demonstrated experience in providing both individual and couples therapy, showcasing the ability to address a variety of mental health concerns.
• Experience working with both children and adults is beneficial, providing a wide range of insights into client needs.
• Strong organizational skills to ensure timely completion of assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing progress notes.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills are crucial, with an aptitude for utilizing electronic health record systems.

• Experience in crisis intervention and management.
• Proficiency in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
• Prior involvement in community outreach activities to promote mental health awareness.
