Job description

We are hiring a Background Check Investigator for our client, a background check company in West Palm Beach, Fl.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, customer service-oriented, detailed, and technically savvy individual. This position is on-site, working out of the Palm Beach Gardens office. The qualified individual will research and process employee background screening requests, consisting of reference verifications and public record searches, and completed reports are required to be accurate and compliant.
Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Must be detail-oriented
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Training is available for a detailed oriented candidate. Out-of-state remote employees may be considered if they possess strong prior experience in processing background checks. Salary: $19.00 to $20.00 hourly
