Our telehealth facility is designed to facilitate effective therapy sessions, with technology and administrative support readily available to assist you in your practice.

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor at Healing Orbits Inc., you will:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video chat, focusing on interventions to improve mental health and emotional regulation.
• Guide clients in exploring their emotions and experiences, fostering self-awareness and encouraging personal growth.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, helping them articulate their personal and therapeutic goals for a tailored treatment approach.
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions and develop structured treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Utilize a comprehensive counseling dashboard to manage appointments, track client progress, and facilitate interactions efficiently.

Your client base will consist of carefully screened individuals, primarily stable adults with low acuity concerns. We ensure that our clients are aligned with your skills and specializations, allowing you to engage with individuals who can benefit most from your expertise. Your efforts will directly impact clients' lives, enhancing their overall mental wellness through support and strategic interventions.

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possession of an active, unrestricted license to practice as a counselor in your state—either as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Competency in utilizing technology and digital platforms essential for counseling.

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with additional experience counseling diverse populations or specializing in specific therapeutic techniques will be preferred. Your ability to build rapport and effectively manage a caseload will significantly enhance your application.

The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $104,000 annually, depending on your working hours and level of experience. We also offer various compelling benefits, including:
