Crystal Cove Wellness Center, LLC is actively seeking a motivated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. This role is essential for providing high-quality mental health services within a community health clinic setting. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake assessments and create personalized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client.
  • Communicate regularly with physicians and other health care providers to relay patient progress, needs, and concerns, while also identifying potential treatment barriers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes, progress reports, and other required documentation in accordance with departmental policies and electronic medical record systems.
  • Consult and collaborate with clients' families and support systems to facilitate effective treatment and discharge planning.
  • Partner with community resources and service providers to support client care coordination and transition plans.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients cover a diverse spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be instrumental in delivering culturally competent care and fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients. Your expertise will guide clients through their individual recovery journeys, employing therapeutic modalities that align with their specific goals and challenges.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
  • Possession of an active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent credential.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating a strong background in therapy and client management.
  • Proficient computer skills, including use of electronic medical records, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work independently and efficiently manage your time.
Preferred Experience

Experience with any specific mental health treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or motivational interviewing, is highly desirable. Familiarity with community mental health resources and regional support services is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
