• Conduct individual, couples, and group therapy sessions for clients facing a wide array of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care to develop tailored treatment plans for each client.
• Carry out comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and establish appropriate therapeutic goals and objectives.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and best practices, tracking progress and modifying treatment strategies as necessary.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and develop coordinated care strategies.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds. • Current California LMFT license is required to practice.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for establishing rapport and trust with clients.
• Adaptability and proficiency in utilizing technology for remote therapy sessions, including video conferencing platforms and electronic health record systems.

• Experience working in community health settings or clinics that serve underserved populations.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team framework.
• Specialist certifications or training in specific therapeutic techniques (e.g., play therapy, family systems therapy) are a plus.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
