As an LCSW at Mental Aid Psychological Services, you will practice in a fully remote setting, interacting with clients through telehealth platforms. Your role as an LCSW will involve a variety of responsibilities centered on providing psychotherapy to clients with diverse mental health issues. Key duties include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate mental health conditions and determining relevant treatment plans.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
• Documenting all clinical interactions and maintaining accurate records in accordance with HIPAA regulations to uphold confidentiality.
• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure integrated care and positive patient outcomes.
• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance service delivery through peer feedback.
• Providing education and emotional support to clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources.

The clients you will work with encompass a wide spectrum of backgrounds and mental health conditions, often including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
