• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, identifying critical issues and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, utilizing a range of methodologies including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to treat a variety of mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure an integrated and holistic approach to client care, making certain that treatment plans align across services.
• Offer crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, providing compassionate support and facilitating appropriate resources to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at enhancing mental health awareness and education, helping to combat stigma and providing resources to those in need.

The clients you will serve come from various backgrounds, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Proven ability to establish rapport and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with clients while demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to cultural competence and the ability to sensitively address the needs of clients from varying ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic policies.

While any relevant experience is welcomed, a background in working with diverse client populations and a solid foundation in evidence-based therapeutic approaches will be highly regarded. Experience in a remote work environment is also beneficial to effectively navigate the challenges of virtual client interactions.

We offer a competitive salary range from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to a salary, our benefits package includes:
