We're seeking motivated Remote Customer Service Representatives / Client Benefits Representatives to build long-term client relationships through scheduled Zoom appointments. In this fully remote role, you'll answer questions, explain benefit options, and provide outstanding customer service-all from the comfort of your home.
No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and licensing guidance to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
  • Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and phone.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professional client support.
  • Explain life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options.
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process.
  • Build long-term client relationships through trust and personalized service.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation.
  • Participate in weekly coaching, training, and professional development.
